About us

iPhone Repair Experts is a mobile iPhone repair service operating across Kent. By using our service you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, call us on 07770 971253.

Our service

We provide mobile iPhone repair at your location. Our technician works from a vehicle parked outside your property. We do not enter your home. We currently service areas across Kent including Folkestone, Dover, Maidstone, Canterbury and surrounding areas.

Quotes and pricing

• All prices quoted are inclusive of parts and labour unless stated otherwise.
• A quote will be provided before any repair work begins.
• The price agreed at the time of booking is the price you pay.
• Any additional faults discovered during repair will be communicated to you before any additional work is carried out.

Payment

Payment is taken upon successful completion of the repair, once you have your phone back in hand and are satisfied with the work. We accept cash and bank transfer. No payment is taken upfront.

No fix, no fee

If we are unable to repair your iPhone, you will not be charged. Call-out is always free. The no fix no fee guarantee does not apply where a repair is declined by the customer after diagnosis, or where the device has been tampered with or is beyond economical repair.

Warranty

All repairs carry a 1 year warranty on parts and labour. This covers defects in the parts used and the quality of our workmanship. It does not cover:

• Physical damage caused after the repair
• Water damage occurring after the repair
• Damage caused by software issues or third party accessories
• Normal wear and tear

Your device

• You confirm the device belongs to you or that you have the owner's permission to have it repaired.
• We recommend backing up your data before any repair. We are not responsible for data loss.
• We may decline to repair a device that has been previously opened by a third party, contains non-genuine parts, or shows signs of significant prior damage.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time before the technician arrives. Please give us as much notice as possible by calling 07770 971253.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair carried out. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the repair or failure to repair your device. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
